Lions Foundation Park
The Lions Foundation Park was created in 1993 on land donated by the Featherlite Corporation to the Liberty Hill Development Foundation. The Liberty Hill Development board consists of 12 board members, all volunteers, who are responsible for maintaining all aspects of the park including playground equipment, fields, the trail, the Liberty Hill International Sculpture Park, and the Liberty Hill Art and History Museum. Over the years an army of volunteers have worked to construct and keep this facility clean including PEC, Lions, Boy Scouts, Garden Club, LHISD, Little League, C of C,VFW, and Flowerscapes. Original members that are still serving on the board are Gary Spivey and Larry Nicholson. Since we are a non-profit we rely exclusively on donations. Thank you for your support for this valuable community resource.
